Project Brief

We use this first meet up to obtain a brief from you on the details and scope of your project. We will also offer advise and suggestions to help make the photoshoot a success

The Photoshoot

The photoshoot will be done at our premises. There will be a surcharge if you prefer off site shoots. For product photography, please bring along all products, so that the shoot can be completed in one session.

Image Touch Up

Once the photoshoot is completed, we will begin retouching the images. Colours, hue, shadows etc will be digitally touched up and adjusted to give the images a more professional feel.

Delivery Details

Details On How We Eventually Deliver The Digital Photographs To You, Including The All Important Delivery Timeline

Delivery Timeline

Due to the volume of request we have received for our web/ product photography services, we typically require at least 2 weeks from the date of photoshoot to deliver the completed work to you. For larger projects, we may require a longer time period for project fulfilment.

Completed Work

The completed work will be in jpeg format. We will provide both high resolution images (suitable for print media use) as well as scaled images for web publication use. 

Method Of Delivery

As these are digital images, we usually deliver them via Dropbox. Delivery via thumb drive is possible but there will be a surcharge to cover the cost of the drive. And if you are also using our web design services, our design team will have immediate access to these photos the moment they are ready for use.

Copyright

We will retain copyright for all web/ product images we produce. We however grant you a licence allowing you unrestricted use of these images both on web and/or print media. You can thus use these images any way you want.

Late Delivery

If the project is delayed through no fault of yours and we miss the agreed upon delivery date, we will offer you a 50% discount off our agreed upon price as a form of service recovery.

Before Project Briefing Meeting
It will be tremendously helpful if you have some inspo pic to give us an idea of the types of photos, setup, colours, effects etc that you like. Alternatively, you will have to be able to articulate well, the thoughts and ideas you have in mind so that we will be able to gauge accurately the props and lighting setup needed to produce the web and/or product photo images that you need.

Before The Photoshoot (For Product Photography)
It is always a good idea to look at all the products you have and identify those likely to be your best sellers. Thereafter, take a photo of these items (mobile phone taken pics will do) and send them to us via WhatsApp or Dropbox. We will want to see these items before hand so that we can plan the lightings and photo angles early to make actual day photoshoot more effective and time efficient.

Because we are a web design firm, we focus only on web and product photography as part of our one stop web design services offering. Services outside the scope of our core business, we prefer not to provide because we do not have the required competency. As such, you will need to talent scout for your own models and make up artist.

We can shoot at any location, both indoor and outdoor. However for any photoshoot outside of our premises, we levy a surcharge, which varies depending on the job scope and equipment that we have to bring along.

It’s only because the price we quote takes into consideration that you are also using us as your web designer. If you hire us for photography without simultaneously using our web design service, we will have to give you a separate quote.
