Project Brief
Before commencement of work, we will require a meeting, where your detailed design requirements are articulated to us, in the form of a project brief.
Design Proposal
Based on the project brief, we will prepare the first draft of our proposed web design (in PDF format) for your feedback. This initial draft will include the homepage plus 2 inner pages.
Design Alteration
Based on your feedback on our initial design, we will do the required design alteration before seeking your approval and sign off. In all, our package includes a maximum of 3 design alterations without extra charge.
Design Approval and Sign Off
After each alteration, we will present the new designs to you for approval. Once approved, we will do an official sign off based on the agreed upon web design. Note that extra charges will be imposed for any further design change after sign off.
Commence Web Developement
Upon sign off, we will commence web development work on your website, based on the agreed upon web design.
Complete Project Plus Handover
Once the web development work is completed, we will place your website in a staging environment for you to conduct your user acceptance test (UAT). Once UAT is completed to your satisfaction, we will officially publish the website and hand it over to you.

Website User Training
Prior to handover, we will provide one to one web user training to enable you to manage your website on your own.
Web Hosting
All our web design packages come with 1 free domain (limited to .com, .net or .org) and hosting for a year (valued at $120).
Google Search Console Intgration
We will connect your website to Google search console to enable you to receive important notifications from Google on matters pertaining to your website.
Google Analytics Integration
We will install Google Analytics tracking code on your website to enable you to track your web performance. You will have access to data on sessions, visitors, time on site, pages per session and bounce rate. You will also be able to track your Core Web vitals.
Content
You will need to prepare the content needed to populate the website as the provision of web copy is not included in all our design packages. To project the appropriate corporate image, your web copy should be professionally written, persuasive and grammatically perfect.
Often, a staff member with a good command of English can do the job but if you need assistance, we can provide professional copy writing services for an additional fee.
Images
Images are not included in our web design packages. Hence, we will required you to prepare the images needed based on the template you chose. It is best to use actual photographs of your staff at work to give that added realism. The photo's will also have to be skilfully taken, as you will want to project a professional image.
If you do not have the required photos on hand, you can opt to use stock images (billed separately) or if budget permits, we can commission a photoshoot.
